I have to go to a wake today and a funeral tomorrow.

I have to work again tonight and tomorrow night.

I have to clean my house, all of it, from top to bottom.

I have to vacuum the front porch.

I have to buy a new vacuum.

I have to go for a run…but it won’t happen today.

I have to train for a half marathon that I am running on June 5, 2011.

I have to sleep at some point today.

I have to stop eating peanut butter by the spoonful.

I have to stop blaming PMS.

I have to stop blaming myself.

I have to remember that I am only one person and I can only do so much.

I have to take a shower.

I have to take a deep breath.

I have to press pause for just a little bit.
